A studio
built around
one conversation

Ridgemoor Media makes video, websites and the marketing that carries them. One crew, one thread, concept to conclusion.

Most of our clients came to us tired of running three vendors at once. The film crew never spoke to the web team. The web team never saw the campaign. We put all of it in one room so the work agrees with itself.

What we hold to

Four working rules. They decide how we quote, how we build and when we say no.

  1. We ask before we quote

A price with no questions behind it is a guess. We start with your market, your buyers and the job the work has to do. The number comes after that.

  2. One roof, one crew

Video, web and campaign work sit in the same room here. Nobody hands your project to a stranger halfway through. You keep the same people from first call to launch.

  3. The budget is the brief

Tell us what you can spend. We shape the plan around it and say plainly what fits. If the money and the goal do not meet, we say that too.

  4. You should not need us to edit a page

We build sites your own team can update. Clear page structure, plain labels, a short handover. We stay on call, not on the critical path.

The crew

In-house craft, by trade. These are the hands on your project, not a roster we book when the job lands.

  • Camera and lighting

Cinematographers who light for the room they are given. Natural light where it flatters, shaped light where it does not.

  • Sound

Audio engineers on set and in the edit. Clean dialogue is the difference between broadcast and homemade, and it is fixed at the shoot.

  • Design and build

Designers and developers who draw the page, then ship it. The same pair sees a layout from sketch through to a live WordPress site.

  • Story and score

Writers, editors and composers. They shape the interview into a film, then give it a soundtrack that belongs to you.

How a project runs

Four stages, in this order, on every job we take. The names on your invoice match the names below.

  1. Discovery

We sit down and map the ground. Who buys from you, what slows the sale, what already works. Nothing gets drawn or shot yet.

    Read our discovery process
  2. Scoping

You get a plan with a real number beside each part. Shoot days, page count, edit rounds. You can cut a line and see the price move.

  3. Make

Crew on location or in studio. Design in the browser, not in a slide deck. You see cuts and pages while there is still time to change them.

  4. Handover

Files, footage and a site you can drive. We walk your team through the edits they will make most, then leave the keys with you.

Tell us what you are trying to move this year. A launch, a hire, a room full of new staff to train. We will tell you what we would shoot and what we would build. You get a real answer either way.
