We make video and websites for small and midsize teams. That work runs on trust, so this page is written to be read. No dense clauses. No hidden clicks. Here is what we collect, why we keep it, and how to make us stop.
What we collect

What you send us
Your name, company, email and the notes you type into the enquiry form. You choose every word of it. We also keep the budget range you pick, because scoping to a real number is how we work.

What your visit leaves behind
Our host logs the usual traffic data. That means an IP address, a browser name, a page path and a timestamp. Logs roll off after 30 days.

What a project adds
Once a job starts we hold the working files. Call notes, scripts, shot lists, site logins and invoices. This lives in our project tools, not on this website.

What we never take
No card numbers. No tracking pixels sold on to ad networks. No profile built from pages you read here. We do not buy contact lists either.
We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, ever.
There is no second business here. We are paid to make work, not to broker contact lists. Your details are used for the job you asked about, and nothing else.
- Answering your enquiry, usually within one working day.
- Scoping the video or the site, and writing you an honest budget range.
- Running the work: bookings, crew calls, drafts, revisions and delivery.
- Keeping our own records for tax and contract law.
Some tools we depend on see your data to do their job. Our email host, our file storage, and the platform serving this site. Each one is bound by contract to handle it for us alone. We pick suppliers the same way we pick crew, and you can read that standard on our how we work page.
Cookies and counting
This site is static. It ships no tracking scripts by default. The only cookie we set on our own remembers your choice in the consent bar, so we do not ask twice.
If we later add a visitor counter, it runs only after you agree. The full list, and how to clear it, sits on the cookies page.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months. Project records stay for seven years, because tax rules say so. Server logs last 30 days.
Raw footage is a special case. We archive it for the life of the licence, then ask you before we clear the drives. Your terms are set out in our terms.

Write to us and we will send back a plain list of everything with your name on it.

Wrong detail? We correct it. Want it gone? We delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Stop the emails
Every email we send has a working unsubscribe link. One click and it stops. No exit survey.

Take it elsewhere
Ask and we will export your project files in an open format. They are your files. No hostage fee.
