Corporate video that
sounds like your people.
We make corporate video for teams who have to put real colleagues on camera. Nobody reads a script. We ask good questions, keep the crew small, and cut the answers that ring true.
- Crew
- Small, in house, the same faces all week
- Speakers
- Coached on the day, never handed lines
- Budget
- Agreed before a shoot day is booked
Four films companies ask us for
Most of our corporate work falls into these four. Plenty of projects mix two. Tell us the goal and we will say which ones earn a day.
- Brand film The one film that says who you are. It opens a pitch, sits on your home page and outlives the campaign around it. Story · Interviews · Grade · 90 sec
- Culture and recruitment Show the job as it really is. Candidates spot a staged office in seconds, so we film your floor on a normal day. Floor days · Staff voices · Music
- Capability film What you build, and how. Useful when the product is hard to explain in a room or too big to bring to a meeting. Site recce · Process · Macro detail
- Leadership and internal comms A clear message from the people who own it. Filmed once, cut for the town hall and for the inbox after it. Autocue · Two cameras · Captions
A staged film fools nobody.
Your staff know when a video is acting. So do your customers. The fix is not a better script. It is a room that feels safe, a question worth answering, and an editor who keeps the honest take.
That is why the person who scoped your film is on set for it. We work across websites and marketing too, so the film lands where it is meant to work. One team, one plan, concept to conclusion.
What a shoot day looks like
Four beats, start to wrap. You approve the questions before we arrive. Nothing on the day is a surprise to anyone in the room.
-
We meet your speakers
A short call before the shoot. We hear how each person talks, then write questions in their own words.
-
Set up around your day
We light one corner and stay in it. Your floor keeps working while we film, and the kit stays out of the way.
-
Coach, do not script
Nobody reads lines. We ask, listen and ask again. The answer that sounds honest is the one we keep.
-
Cover the room properly
Clean audio on every voice, plus the cutaways the edit will need. That is what makes a short film feel easy.

What lands in your folder
Delivery is a list, not a surprise. Files arrive named and sorted, so your own team can publish them without calling us first.
Need a format that is not here? Ask early. We price it before the shoot, not after it.
- Master
- Graded and mixed, in the codec your channel asks for.
- Cutdowns
- Short social versions cut from the same approved edit.
- Subtitles
- Burned in and as sidecar files, read by a human first.
- Stills
- Frame grabs and set photography from the same day.
- Rushes
- Yours on request, handed over with no extra charge.
Questions we get first
Three things almost every client asks on the opening call. Here are the honest answers before you pick up the phone.
How long does a corporate video take?
Most run four to six weeks from first call to master. A single interview day can land sooner. We agree the dates before anything is booked.
Our team hates being filmed. Now what?
That is normal, and it is our job to fix. We keep the crew small, film in short takes, and never leave a camera pointed at a silent room.
What does it cost?
It depends on shoot days, travel and the number of cuts you need. We scope to the money you have and say early if the idea is too big for it.
