- Admin access to the site and the hosting.
- Master edits, plus every cutdown, in the formats you asked for.
- The project files, so any editor can pick up the work later.
- A short written guide to the pages your team will change most.
Training that sticks
We run a live walkthrough with whoever will update the site. One hour, screen shared, recorded so the next hire can watch it.
Then we watch you make the first edit. That is the part that makes it stick.
Care plans, if you want one
Some clients keep us on for updates, backups and the odd new page. Others never call again until the next film. Both are fine.
A care plan covers plugin and core updates, backups, uptime checks and a set number of small changes each month. No plan locks you in.
Reusing the footage
Most shoots yield more than the first cut needs. A year later that footage becomes social posts, a recruitment film or the header on a new landing page.
We keep a list of what was shot, so nothing sits forgotten on a drive.
